- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo and contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
